• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope or quote.
• To deliver and manage work you engage us for.
• To improve this website.

We never sell your data and never add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Client accounts and data

When we work on your social media, website or software, your accounts and customer data stay in your ownership. We access them only as invited collaborators and only for the agreed work.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax obligations.
